The software which accompanies this license (the "ActiveX Control(s)") is the property of SWJ Soft® and is protected by international copyright laws. While SWJ Soft® continues to own the Software; you will have certain rights to use the Software after your acceptance of this agreement. Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of this Software are as follows:
You May:
1. If you have purchased an Activation Code for,
Single Developer
SINGLE LICENSE - Then the Activation Code provided can only be used by a Single Developer on One Computer such as a Desktop or a Laptop.DUAL LICENSE - Then the Activation Code provided can only be used by a Single Developer on Two Computers such as a Desktop or a Laptop.
TRIO LICENSE - Then the Activation Code provided can only be used by a Single Developer on Three Computers such as a Desktop or a Laptop.
Multi Developer
TEAM LICENSE - Then the Activation Code provided can only be used by either 5 Developers or can be used only on 5 Computers to activate the Software.GROUP LICENSE - Then the Activation Code provided can only be used by either 10 Developers or can be used only on 10 Computers to activate the Software.
Enterprise Developer
SITE LICENSE - Then the Activation Code provided can only be used to activate the Software at the particular Site / Company either by 100 Developers or can be used only on 100 Computers at the same Site / Company.*CAUTION: You are responsible to safe guard the Activation Code given to you by SWJ Soft® after your purchase of a License, from any other Developer or Hacker since they also can use your Activation Code to activate the ActiveX Control on their Computers even before you do. If this happens then you will lose the Total number of Computers where you can activate the software and eventually you may find that the Activation Code given to you may no longer be used on your Computers.
We are not liable for any loss of activation privileges of the Activation Code given to you and we may revoke your License without any notices and refunds, if we found that you have abused your Activation privileges, or failed to comply with any part of this EULA.
2. If you have purchased a Legitimate License from SWJ Soft® then the ActiveX Control or Component can be used within or accessed from other applications, you have the right to use it in any type of applications that you develop, including commercial applications and distribute them to your Clients or End Users. The runtimes are royalty-free.
3. If you haven't purchased any License from SWJ Soft® then you cannot sell any applications which are developed using our ActiveX Control. But you may distribute your applications for Free only if you do not take any attempt to remove the Demo Notification from our product(s).
4. If you are a Student or a Non-Profit Organization then you may use our ActiveX Control Legally to produce non-commercial or educational purpose applications and distribute them only if you do not take any attempt to remove the Demo Notification from our product(s).
5. Use one copy of the Software on a single computer and make one copy of the Software for archival purposes, or copy the software onto the hard disk of your Computer and retain the original for archival purposes.
6. Use the Software on a network, provided that you have a licensed copy of the Software for each computer that can access the Software over that network.
7. After a written and signed letter to SWJ Soft®, transfer the Software on a permanent basis to another person or entity, provided that you retain no copies of the Software and the transferee agrees to the terms of this agreement.
You May Not:
1. Sublicense, rent or lease any portion of the Software.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software, or create derivative works from the Software; or
3. Use any modified binaries (executables) of the Software (executables that are modified or cracked) or use any registration keys that were not supplied to you by SWJ Soft® or one of its resellers.
YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR COMPUTER OR ANY LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF DATA IN CASE YOU USE ANY SUCH MODIFIED BINARIES OR REGISTRATION KEYS. BE AWARE THAT SUCH MODIFIED BINARIES MAY NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY DUE TO THE BUILT-IN ANTI-CRACKING COUNTER-MEASURES AND MAY RESULT IN SEVERE LOSS OF DATA. YOU HAVE BEEN WARRNED!!!
